Dutch abuse of power to cover up child sex trafficking

TBLI GROUP™ has consistently worked to create an economy based upon well being. To achieve this we have been educating the financial sector about the self-interest, opportunity and money flows around ESG and Impact Investing, for 15 years. I recently came across this shocking story of child abuse and government abuse of power to hide this. This is occurring in the country that we are based, the Netherlands. We can’t let this go on.

I would like to ask for your help in distributing this story and taking action. Thank you.

Joris Demmink, Secretary-General of the Dutch Ministry of Security and Justice in the Netherlands, has been accused of child rape and trafficking. Victims within the Netherlands and Turkey allege that Demmink raped them when they were boys and that he was part of a group of pedophiles committing these crimes. Demmink has been accused of using his power to obstruct justice efforts by eluding investigation and prosecution. Demmink stands accused of child sex tourism, a form of child sex trafficking.
The allegations against this high ranking government official are not reported in the 2012 Trafficking in Persons Report by the U.S. Department of State, Office to Combat and Monitor Trafficking in Persons, which gives the Netherlands a Tier 1 ranking – the highest ranking available indicating compliance with the standards to combat trafficking. Nor have these allegations spurred the European Union to take action, raising serious concern as to the level of seriousness with which governments are responding to human trafficking. Reporters, law enforcement agents, prosecutors, and victims within the Netherlands report fear of grave danger in exposing these crimes.
To bring justice to the children of Turkey and the Netherlands who have been affected by these alleged crimes, Shared Hope International has joined the Rebecca Project and the Protection Project, in addition to concerned citizens of Holland to investigate this case. Additionally, U.S. Congressmen Pitts (R-PA), Wolfe (R-VA), and Smith (R-NJ) sent a letter to the European Union Chairman Christian Ehler expressing their serious concern about the integrity of the EU’s efforts to combat trafficking and sexual exploitation of children.
