Karim Ahmed Ph.D. Dr. Ahmed is Secretary-Treasurer and Director of the International Program at the National Council for Science and the Environment (NCSE) in Washington, DC. The title of his speech: The Role of Financial Institutions in Framing the Future Direction of the New Green Economy
